Extended Christmas Returns
We are happy to announce that we have extended our returns policy for the festive period, giving you more flexibility with your purchase. Our Christmas return policy is valid from 1st November until 24th December, allowing you until 25th January to return any item purchased during this time. Normal exclusions apply.
Orders are usually dispatched same or next day (excluding weekends and bank holidays). There might be the odd occasion when we take longer than this, but we will e-mail you to let you know of any delay and the reason why.
For UK standard deliveries we use Royal Mail for smaller size orders up to 2kg. We also offer a Next Day delivery option (excluding weekends) which can be tracked. (Please note: if ordering between Monday and Thursday before 11am, item will arrive next day, if ordering between Friday and Sunday, item will arrive Tuesday). Larger and multiple items are sent by one of our designated couriers with whom we have special rates.
For deliveries outside the UK we use Royal Mail for parcels up to 2kg and for parcels over this weight we ship with one of our designated courier companies, Fedex or UPS. Deliveries to Europe normally take around 3-7 working days, whilst the rest of the world takes around 5-10 working days.

We want you to be happy with each and every purchase you make from Bridget's Boutique, but we do understand that on occasions an item may be unsuitable or you may simply change your mind. Therefore, we offer a 21 day 'no quibble' returns policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:- Unused
- In the original packaging
- With all tags/labels still attached
- In the same 'as new' condition that you received it with no signs of wear and tear
Please note: For hygiene reasons we cannot exchange or refund the following products (except if faulty):
- Swimwear - unless the hygiene strips and tags are still in place and packaging is undamaged
- Briefs / Underwear
- Pierced earrings

If you have not received a return form in your parcel, but wish to make a return, please contact us at sales@bridgetsbeauties.co.uk and we will email one to you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own return postage costs. Postage costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return postage will be deducted from your refund. (Return postage is only refunded on damaged/faulty goods).
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 21 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days of receipt of the goods back by us.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

The Berber Travel Bag features 2 zip pockets, one on the inside and one on the back, as two lined compartments. With velcro fastening this bag makes it easy to organise and access your belongings whilst travelling.
